Exotic Limo is an Australian company who offer luxury cars and stretch limousines. They required an overhaul of their existing iOS and Android app to reflect the premium quality of the brand's fleet of vehicles.

Extensive UX work was conducted in order to improve the experience for both the passengers and drivers. The goal of the project was to simplify the overall booking experience to reflect the high level of "client experience" that clients expect from the company.

The project also included a complete redesign of the responsive back-end booking system.
